Precision dosing, GLP-1 therapy, hormone optimization, and advanced therapeutics
I’ve spent much of my life fighting what I call the appetite problem. As a teenager, I promised myself I wouldn’t end up like the out-of-shape adults around me. I threw myself into athletics, amateur bodybuilding, became a certified personal trainer, and even danced professionally, measuring every calorie, chasing perfection, and burning out in the process.
When medical school, marriage, and kids hit all at once, the wheels came off. I finished residency sixty pounds overweight. In 2022, I was introduced to GLP-1 medications. For the first time, I wasn’t fighting constant hunger. But using them the standard way left me over-dosed, under-nourished, and losing hard-earned muscle.
So I threw out the rule book and forged my own path. I combined GLP-1 therapy with strength training, protein-first nutrition, and what I call precision dosing. The result: steady, sustainable fat loss with minimal side effects.
I earned my MD at the University of Colorado, completed residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, and a fellowship in Medical Education. Today, I bring that foundation in performance, fitness, and medicine together with a lifetime of real-world experience to help patients achieve results that last.
